How can anyone not be moved by this song, so endearing. The intro squeal gets him excited. “Baby balooda song!”
The companion book was in the “free books bin” at the library, and we read the book at least 20 or 30 times and found it funny before we discovered that it’s based on a song :) Now whenever he spots the book, he wants to flip the pages while listening to the song.
The call and response format of the song is truly unique, and yet comprehensible to a toddler. Every single word is simple, sung clearly.
